Hehe, I knoooow - but still, I feel bad not updating, especially knowing some might wait for me to update - so, I'll try my best to do so ;P Plus - at least we're replying - that's what counts, right? If it's a week earlier or later - it's not all that bad, at least everyone would know we're still around and stuff ;) Hehe, I know - especially since we need to retake the whole year if we fail one single class - evil, no? X.x Speaking of which - how did you do on your exams? I'm sure you're having holidays already, even if for me, I still have to wait until this Thursday ^-^; Tobias

Yay, an update on the world of ice (I'm happy to see you update at any time, whether it's here or DA, no matter how often, it's still nice getting to see you around, and like your friend here said, dont' worry about it either)! :3 Wowwie... that's pretty late compared to a lot of other dates (Some even at the start of May! @.@), but you do go back much later... so I am very envious of that! I've already seen a back to school commercial... much craziness. X3 And it's nice to know that you haven't been too far away from practicing your artness! I'm sure your unseen arts are just as wonderful and hip as the ones we get to see are! ^^ Eep, and another honor... a gift from Toby to two friends... and it reminds me of the good times in the cold of winter... when things were cold (Oh how I wish that was now :B)... all of the characters look great! Sylvana looks quite tall and long compared to her usual self, Nishi has much more color than the plain orange and white that most yoshies have... I think the peach scheme really looks nice! ^^ And he still has the same sort of themed outfit he normally would have.. just a bit more appropriate for the winter though. X3 Super super work Toby! So very flattered, I shall keep it with me always. :3 Hopefully you'll have a very fun break, filled with nice weather, perhaps a vacation or too, and other delights like so! (:

hehe, yup, they're a bit rare, buuut I'm trying to make them a little more regular - even though quite often I wouldn't even know what to write about - after all, many people that might look at this are strangers to me (I thought of making journals friends-only, maybe I'll do that ;P ) But yush, you're right - ours usually start in the end of June, even though this time we still had a few days of July as well .. buuut now it's over, at least, and we're having holidays as well ^-^ "Back to School" commercials? Already? Whoa, that's scary - buuut maybe it's for these folks who had holidays in May already? Hehe, by the way, it's true - we do go back to school later as well, but not me, at least not this year, since I have applied for a Student Exchange with the United States .. soooo for me the school will start again in a little less than a month ;_; I'm all excited though what it'll be like - any good hints and advices from an experienced junior (senior) as you are? ;P You're welcome about the drawing - it's the least I can do - I made a little clay figure of Nishi striking a pose as well, buut I still need to colour it (I'm always scared from colouring, since I'm afraid I'll mess up - they look all pretty uncoloured too, in my opinion) . and make a socket, since this time he can't hold his balance at all (he's throwing an egg, sooo .. you can imagine X3). Yup yup, Sylvana is taller than usual, buut I never throught her character would be too short (besides, at least in her latest drawings she made them taller), aaaand kind of like the idea of everyone having about the same size, more or less ;) Peach? Oooh, I see ^^ Yup yup, I know, usually he'd be all white, buuut blame it on the lighting, and such, plus he looks all vivid too, that way ^-^ Oh - and thanks - I'm sure I'll enjoy them - call me weird, but I kind of see the exchange program as a little vacation somehow ;P Hope you're having a nice holiday (and vacation too, maybe? ;3) as well ^-^

I guess there's the stranger-factor to consider... otherwise I'm sure your friends on here would find it interesting to learn a little more about you through journals and all that jazz! :3 Ooh, it very well could be for them! I don't know how many places in the state had that sort of schedule, but it could have been to scare the rest of us into preparing and buying supples (Maybe next year they'll have those commercials on during school!). :B Ooh boy, that sounds super fun! Are you going to be in the program for a full year, or just part, or anything? I suppose the hint's helpfulness really depends on the area... We had a group of kids from a Student Exchange program come here (From Germany, wahoo!), but they stayed for just a few weeks... they said there's a lot more traffic here, but not much about the school system... you're polite, cool, fun, giving, so many good things, I'm sure the teachers and students will enjoy your company to the maximum. :B I just hope you end up at one of the better schools around. :3 Wowwie! I actually think the few uncolored clay models and such that I've seen actually look pretty neat... it's like getting to see a colored picture in black and white, like your Winter picture, deciding on what sort of color range to go for (Except I guess it's going from greyscale to color with the statue... maybe I just think of it differently x.x)... Your figures are always colored really well though, you have nothing to fear! :3 Ah, well it's another grand bonus that you're going along with her character updates as they slowly part from the original... another way to tell how time passes. ^^ Well I'll thank the lighting... he looks even cooler with it! (Ahaha, almost a winter pun! Not close at all? Aw..) Positivity! I'm sure it'll be a change indeed, I hope for the best, you're very brave to go out and try something so new! :3 Vacations for all, Tobers at school would be quite a ball! ^^ Thank you, may our vacations be filled with goodness and fun. :B

Your last year ended in July? That's what happens when one receives more holidays. ;P Teachers really work a lot more than we think, I guess. Not only do they grades hundreds of papers, but planning next year's schedule is another thing! In response to your latest news entry (no comment button?), you'll get your tablet back pretty soon. But hey, at least you had fun making the group picture with traditional media, eh? Was your color choice limited?, as it seems your chest area is a bit yellowish. :) Lucky you! I hope you had fun touring the country (hmm, how did your package come from Austria if you were here?). Be sure to keep those precious snapshots in a safe place, and have a safe trip back home. It's good that you're looking for new ways to update the site because doing so is a nice way to make this icy place more convenient, no? X3

I know ;P I actually know a few of my teachers pretty well, so I know about the time it takes to correct work, planning the next lesson and everything - at least those teachers that care X3 There are others that just do the same thing over and over again until they retire ;P Naw, no comment button ;P It's not even a real journal entry, like the New Year greeting I just wrote it directly on the front page ^^ Mainly because one of the reasons I don't really write journal entries is because I fear people think they have to comment when in fact I'm not really expecting any - it's more like .. "See, that's what I'm up to, in case you're curious", you know what I mean? That's why it had no comment button either ;P Actually my colour-choise wasn't too limited - more like .. a 48-colour-limit ^^; You're right though - thanks a lot for noticing ^-^ The other picture has a little less yellow, that's probably more accurate than the group drawing X3 My package didn't come to Austria, I just put my Austrian address on it, because juuuust in case there were any replies or such, I'd rather receive them at home, in Austria, instead of at my US address, where I'd only be for so long. It should still have stamps from the United States on it, doesn't it? X3 Oh, and if you have any suggestions about making this site more convenient, I'm always all open to them ^^ It's hard for me to know, because to me the site makes plenty of sense - after all, I made it, it would be weird if I got lost - but it might be really confusing to someone else, I wouldn't know ^^; Sooo, if you have any ideas - just say so, I can pretty much do everything you come up with ^^
