I need a bit more information about what "freezes" - especially because I can think of three different behaviours that people all refer to as "freezes".
Does everything stop moving and you see the game screen? Does it fade to black and stop on the loading screen? Do you see the loading bar?
It does work for me, so I need a lot more details of what your screen looks like when it freezes. In addition, if the screen is stuck on "Loading", you can click on the screen and press F12 - it'll show you a code that you can give me for further information.
