Nice reviews for new subscribers. How can I get one complete message centre like the one in you pic ?? (2nd image from up to down) If you can't reply here, reply to me in my dA. [ http://pedrocastro.deviantart.com ] Thx

Hi, Sorry for not replying sooner, I barely check this, so I missed what got written. If you have subscribed, you should already have the full featured message centre, you don't need to do anything further. The picture I have on the top is outdated though, right now the statistics are being reworked, so they're not shown directly in the message centre - I'll put up a new image as soon as I can.

pretty informative, deviantART should send a copy of this (or something like wise) too all new subscribers so that they get a full view of what new features they have. :D

Hehe, yup yup ^-^ To be honest, I'm not too much of a poetry person, since especially English ones I often have trouble understanding .. a couple of hints I can give you though are getting in touch with other active writers (http://forum.deviantart.com/galleries/writers/), and comment on other writers' work to get your name even more (but I'm sure you're doing that already, looking at your page) ^-^

That was a well-written page. There are a lot more features than I thought. :) "have their notes in their Inbox and Sent Box kept longer than just one month" Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've kept all my notes since I registered to DA. Not one of them has been erased, even before subscribing. Maybe the way the site works got changed? Hmm, when I had a 7-day trial back then, I could've sworn I read journals the same page as the message center, just like message replies.

That's true, I noticed the same with my unsubscribed test account, the notes there never really got deleted. It was brought up once though, I don't have a link however - they wanted to do that to speed up the server, but apparently there was no need to delete them. However after that they never explicitely stated that they won't delete them after all, so technically they could just do it and point to wherever they first said it and say "well, we told you so" ^^; Thus I kind of included that for completeness sake, but I'll add that it never was enforced yet ^^ Thanks ^-^ Edit: Found the link, it's actually really obvious: [Link]

I've noticed that deviants like mick-mick and darkmoon3636 have little icons placed over the divider line that separates their actual journal from the button you click on to read the comments. How do they do this?

Oh, there's a little trick involved for that - have a look at this page, it should shed some light on how to do it ^-^

Are there any sites, other links for ways to change the html in your journal..? Say I want a background image.. hmm! Sorry to bother ^^. Thanks.

Hiya! What you want is using CSS in your journal - I made a little tool for my friends which you could try out and see whether it works for you too? Take care, Toby
